My story...

about Kashmira

And it’s a path best traveled with support and camaraderie.

In our sessions, I'll share the ups and downs of my path — and a quarter of a million dollars worth of learning from the best in the business — not just as a coach, but as someone who’s walked a similar road, to inspire your journey.

I'll admit that many times during my divorce, I felt like a martyr.
Always forcing myself to take the "high road" for the "sake of the children" and I'd angrily question myself,

"why should I always take the high road?"
"why does he get to get away with murder whilst I'm holding myself up to some saintly, goddess level standard?"

We are not aiming for perfection.

in the end...
My divorce spanned 6.5 years,
traveled across 2 continents,
10,000+ pages in affidavits,
ultimately won every final hearing, on my own, against a team of fancy lawyers on the other side.
Believe me, I understand the fear and the struggle.

My journey taught me invaluable lessons.
At the age of 37, with 3 children aged 2, 7 and 9, living without family, in a foreign country, I found myself in an impossible situation that could only end in divorce. Initially — driven by fear and anxiety — I hired the No 1 law firm thinking they would take care of everything. I expected them to deal with matters quickly and effectively, I expected them to prioritise the children, I expected justice and fairness. Sadly, this didn't happen.

In reality, the children were an afterthought and three years down the line I couldn't afford the lawyers anymore anyway. But, fortunately, by that point, something good had happened. I had learned from an army of experts.

Just by being forced to go through it, I had gained incredible knowledge, learned how to clear my mind, control my emotions and was able to handle, and triumph, over every vexatious application, accusation, mind game and dirty trick in the book. All the while maintaining my integrity and protecting my relationship with my children as well as their emotional and mental health.

My purpose is to guide you through your divorce using a blend of empathetic divorce coaching and practical psychological strategies, wrapped up in genuine care and a touch of humour, so that you and your children can start creating a new, different life, better than before.

About Kashmira

Now, years later, I see the value of my efforts, in my children, now 15, 20 and 22. It was all worth it. Healing myself, challenging myself, learning, evolving, failing, trying again. It was all so worth it.

My story...

— Simona, mother of 1

I was angry all the time, at my ex, at the system, at myself. But underneath it, I was just hurt and afraid. Kashmira helped me peel back the layers and meet myself with compassion.
That changed everything. I stopped reacting and started responding. I’m not perfect, but now I parent with love, not fear.

Fun Facts

— Leila, 1:1 client, mum of 3

No one saw how much I was struggling. I wore a smile, but inside I was numb.
Kashmira saw me before I saw myself. She held space in a way that felt sacred.
Through our work, I remembered who I am. And more importantly—I became the mother my children needed.
